On dated 21/09/2012 evening she is admitted in your hospital case seen by Ophthalmologist three maddam's . Date of operation conveyed 22/09/2012. My request is my mother to be treated with well cured result because with one RT eye life and also as this hospital is of Diabetology so she may be well diabetics corrected long treatment.
