I do agree that there must be a backlog in course outline designed/published by school due to sudden closures of school for sine flu issues. To cover up this back log there are alternate way available with school like working on Saturday or working 1hr extra daily for a week only instead of canceling Diwali Holidays. This is because, most of the parents must have planned vacations & will have to cancel the same leading to loss of money.
Also this vacation allows parents & children to enjoy collectively which refreshes their mind while coming back to day to day life after vacation.
Hence its suggestion cum humble request not to cancel Diwali Holidays
