SIr, I purchased two packages from ONE TOUCH SOLUTIONS INDIA PVT LTD .NOIDA.associate company of HELLO TRAVEL HOLIDAYS PHONE NO 012067221100 associate company of Great india travels again associate company of INDIAMART , by payment on line.Both the packages are in doldrums now.package no. One for Rs 5499/- and booked for Avalon Resorts Mussoorie for second week of July but nobody is confirming, Mr Rakesh Reddy sold me this package no.15437586. Now nobody is responding to my calls.the mobiles no 08130117889 on which he contacted me several time is said to be of some Prabhu and he says he has left the company. Package no two was sold to me by one Azad from the same mobile no.this package is for Rs 6999/- for 7 nights I booked it by telling Mr. Azad that I want 3 nights in Bangkok and 4 nights in Pattaya I booked only after his confirmation.I purchased . Now they are saying that package can not be split in two.Then Azad told me to take two more packages of Rs 5499/- for this trip I told him to cancel the Rs 6999/- package he said o k and requested me to send an email regarding this to the company which I did.but now they say no cancellation policy.They say they are partners of a big group.donât know what happens to my money please help.I wonder how can the authorities allow such people to loot innocent people of their hard earned money.
