Today i visited the geetanjali salon in vasant kunj...I was appalled and extremely upset with the receptionist elvin(not sure) behaviour...she was condescending,rude and the exact opposite of how a brand custodian in a service industry behave..she made me feel like she is doing me a favor by letting the salon give me a headwash and a haircut and "how dare I could expect a service even as petty as threading in that salon...Even while i was asked to wait 20-30 minutes for any service people coming after and me querying about similar services (shows no prior appointment) were attended to...I have visited the salon in greenpark many a times and also the shivalik one a few times but have never been made to feel so inadequate of the services avialable at the salon...it was really upsetting
even i had heard a lot about EVEs but sadly my experience has been REAALLY disappointing and extremely torturous... i gave them most of my wedding blouses to stitch ... i had to almost visit them three-four times because they never stick to the date they put on the receipt & then the blouse they finally do give u is lii fitted in fact my blouse was so loose it seems they got their measurements jumbled yp then when u give it for alteration they take further one week as on paper to return ... and then again they never stick to those dates... d worst of all this is their staff is perhaps d most unfriendly and unapologetic bunch of people... really sad experience they almost ruined my wedding!!
