I had purchased one washing machine IFB AW6501 RB 6.5 KG TOPOADING from GREAT EASTERN TRADING CO. SINTHIMORE, B T ROAD outlet on 15-08-2012.After receiving home delivery on 19-08-2012 ,we did not get any manual operation book & warranty card inside the packing box.The matter has been informed to the delivery man & he in turn advised me to intimate the incident to the concerned dealer from where it was purchased.Accordingly ,while conacted with the said outlet ,they told that it will be given from the shop after few days.Afer few days , one service engineer visited our residence for demonstration purpose to make it installed properly.Regarding non-availability of operation manual & warranty card . he also advised us to collect the same from the concerned outlet. I had conacted several times to the said outlet & also IFB service centre over mobile phone but they are only giving me false assurances.But till today nothing received .We are unable to use the said machine properly for want of manual guide & the frst day demo was not so satisfactory that we could not become conversant properly with the operation of the said machine,As such ,we are not getting proper service from the said machine. Kindly arrange to same at the earliest.
