sir my ACL was reconstructed in the year2008 the technique was used was by the docter i e doubble bundle reconstruction and it was done by the docter vinod in lok nayak hospital delhi he was from sports medicine also sir past two month my knee was paining because sudden i was sit so due to some stretch then i apply ice still my knee is paining i also did MRI in mri evidence comes there is synovial effusion and abnoprmal size of ACL local docter advise me do sternthing exercise because my muscle is weak ir please give some feedback
