Today is the 6th day of my Kerala tour and am writing this review in between my tour...I would say this is the most horrible tour of my life of all my tours (national and international)..Managers are most ill behaved, liar and arrogant...80% of the tour time is rest time...Food is yucky, never had such food in my life..I dont know how many of you have heard this, but according to the managers you dont get proper fish in Kerala (lolz)...and instead of taking action on the complaints, we got to hear that they are rated second in the industry, nobody can provide better service than them....is this what people look forward to get in their most planned annual vacation with family?
