Beware of the front desk...they'll present a rosy picture about various packages but once you pay - a 45 minute service will finish off in 20, products will disappear for the service you have taken appointment for, or even the nail paint finishes off...Keep the bill with you if you have taken a package because they'll claim they have no record of you and what services you have booked. They have no respect for your time - will make you wait for 10-15 minutes between services, shift you between rooms despite - complete mismanagement. Some of the girls who actually give the service are very good...and that is the only saving grace at Venus. So you can give it a try if you have a deal coupon, otherwise not worth it.
