I booked the Mauritius package using D' Paul and it was my first package from them and most probably the LAST ONE. Before paying the token amount i used to get at least 5-10 calls a day from them, but once you pay the token amount they i was the one doing those 5-10 calls to trace the right person for my queries or any help and which is very frustrating. D'Paul is worse but their local agent in Mauritius was even worst "Chetty Tour and Travels". They provide 3 free guided tours (East, North and West). But for them it is all about MONEY MAKING. First of all all the tours and with NO GUIDE and even driver DONT know the path where we are going. We spend more than 2 hours to locate the place. They even removed the places from our tour...that were mentioned in the Itinerary...and that too without even asking with us...once i raised it to DPaul they are not willing to take the feedback.
