Im P.R.CLIVE ,insured my two wheeler at KPHB BRANCH,HYDERABAD, 2 weeks back ,after making so many calls also i did nt get my insurance original papers .i got the reply from the office, problem with Courier people .such this worst situation i never face.THE SERVICE IS VERY BAD & DEALING WITH THE CUSTOMERS FROM THE BRANCH IS TOO WORST,THEY WILL NOT ANSWER OUR QUERIES EVEN.
