Mr. Jayanta is totally lie. He is a great lier and problematic person. Person like this not expected in this types of package & organised tour. He made trouble from the very begining to end of the tour in which I also traveled with my family. We have traveled with DOLPHIN TRAVELS 5 times. All of the staffs & managers are familiar & helpful. Also the agent of Jalpaiguri Branch Mr. Biswadeb Gupta also very polite & helpful. Mr. Jayanta not know how to behave with others. He think he only the person who paying more than others. In my view DOLPHIN TRAVELS is the best Travel Agency in North Bengal as well as all over Bengal & the Hotels they booked different places are also good.
