Sir, this is neelakanta rao i residing in Yelahanka area. My consumer no is 75224. my agency people ( Nataraj) taking 20-25 days time to deliver the cylinder after booking .And for booking another cylinder we have to wait 25-30 and this problems started from last 2-3 months, agency computer is always facimg soft ware problem & they are not lifting the phone and i am getting the message as " booking receipt no... is cancelled "and if i go and contact agency they tell it is not cancelled and it will be delivered,. but even after 30 days it has not been delivered, it is very difficult to go every time to agency"s and ask the status of the delivery and there response is very poor in attending the customer problems, therefore it is requested to take note of this problems and attend at the earliest .
