I recently booked a Santiago Sofa Set at Home town at Sec18. The store incharge Mr Rohit promised the delivery by the 30th July.
After Booking the sofa set, I happened to read the comments by other customers here. I was not able to find a single comment which spoke good about the store and its services. Honestly I got a little afraid about my order and after waiting for 15 days I visited the store and spoke about my concerns to Rohit. Rohit calmed me down and promised that the delivery will be done shrtly. He was true to his commitments and the delivery was made on the 23rd. The delivery persons told that the fitting of the sofa will be done by another person and it will be done in next 48 hours. On speaking to Rohit the next day, the fitiing was done in an hours time again fullfilling his commitments. I was pleased with the services of Home town and more so with the service of Rohit. I wish him all the luck and success in his career.
