purchased fully automatic front load washing machine,on 11/4/2013.
complained of not working to the samsung team on the 21st july
they said they do not have the required part
if this is the reason they sould give immediate replacement , as it is rainy season , n the only reason to own a machine is drying clothes in the rains is impossible
but no response from the team , we keep calling n they keep us on hold all the while
have no concrete ans for any thing
moral of the story, third class product ( spoils in 2 mths)
shitty service ( nobody has a clue of what is to bee done)
never by samsung products
will also to consumer court today.
