Every time I am forced to visit this gallery, I feel why I am using Airtel. Truely agree with Ashritha, "WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER SEEN ON GLOBE. SPECIALLY "RAMYA" " She is the most arrogant customer care I have ever seen so far. Mr. Dhanapati (Manager) should provide her customer training. Though the problem was not SIM related, She forced me to buy a new SIM card which is still not activated in 6 hours time so far. Customer care on phone tell me to visit the gallery again. Don't even want to see her face again to get my issue resolved.
