I Wish to state that with real love and passion I purchased âHONDA SHINEâ vehicle on 28th Jun 2012 from your dealer âSURYA MOTORSâ, Poonamalle, Chennai. But to my dismay I wish to state that my experience regarding âAfter Sales Serviceâ has been very very poor and hear to my problems from the Service Center. The following is my narration.
· All Service is being carried out by M/s. Surya Motors from the date of my Purchase.
· During 3rd Service (Free) - I was told that there is problem with Chain Sprocket, Which was changed.
· I am surprised to learn that an new vehicle with total distance covered of 7000 Kms, will have such problem. Please let me know your clarifications.
· In spite of this, I entered into AMC on 06th Apr 2013 and carried out 3 service till Augâ2013.
· The 3rd Service done by Augâ2013, The service advisor suggested me for change the Chain Sprocket (Distance Coverage around 23000 KMs) which was done and changed it, but my vehicle was continuing the some problems like PICKUP, MILEAGE, FORK PROBLEM AND OTHERS so I approach to the Service Manager suggested me to change the Clutch Plate, so I accept and agree with the problem without any expressions. The service manager requested that Clutch Plate is not available so waiting for 5 to 7 days. I have agreed with him. On 2nd Sep 2013 my vehicle was changed the Clutch Plate I am still not convinced on their service feedback on the reported my complaints. To my dismay, I found the vehicle not being âWater Washedâ. I had to raise my voice to get this done.
In this context and from my experiences regarding after Sales service with your vehicles, I am forced âNOT TO RECOMMENDâ purchase of âHONDA RELATED VECHICLESâ to ANY Person.
