NO SATISFACTION...... NO ORDER... CANCELLATION WITHOUT NOTIFICATION..
Your service is so low standard.
While i was talking to your customer care executives regarding my order status and delivery timings, they informed that the order is cancelled. When I asked for any notification call or email about the cancellation they said it is automatically sent to customers.
Before ending the call you guys send the cancellation email. Your order cancellation mail is sent after the delivery date/time are passed and the customer himself calls.
Disgusting.
