My first and pretty much only stop was RE. I saw RE at the top of the list, with many reviews and a 5 star rating. Really? Could it be true?
I called and explained the situation to the man (Sameerji) on the phone. Almost immediately he offered an opinion as to what it could be. We brought it over because they offer free estimates in their SC. The first guess turned out to be the correct diagnosis -- the power supply. The quoted price was fair enough to be done .Excellent! I thought it would cost more and take longer.
After 2 days I got the call. It was ready! Now our TV is back in the living room and starts right up. Thanks RE!
