yesterday morning i came from Dammam to Delhi by flight no. 9W 567. After waiting long time at baggage claim belt, my baggage couldn't found, then I contacted jet airways officials then I reported regarding my baggage not received, according to jet airways personnel, my baggage is at Dammam airport & it will be delivered tomorrow & they have given some contact no. & ref no. del 9w 37513 to know the status, till today I have not received my baggage & I have called several times to 1800225522 they said they are not knowing the status of baggage & then they given some contact no. of jet airways office at IGI airport, I have tried to contact many times by calling, nobody is receiving my call, its only ringing & later no answer. my contact no. 9958093306, Regards, Prakash Patil
