KENT RO GRAND + is a product you should not go for in your life!
that thug Mr Mahesh Gupta, is only concerned of getting into 250 -500 crores of business by just selling units of RO purifiers, and not after sales service!!! i have purchased kent RO Grand+ in end of august 2013, and the machine has got problems after 15 days of installation, i felt proud that i had got one of the best RO system , never did i knew that this RO PURIFIER might turn into night mare and i will repent for the biggest mistake in investing an RO system worth 16.5k, KENT does not have their own trained engineers but instead have outsourced their services. the service engineer are all new comers and do not know what is the best way to resolve the problem.
They have taken away parts replaced them (choke, water pressure gauge, filter, circuit etc) but the result is the same!! i have to get back to bottled water, and it still lies as a show piece in the KITCHEN!
i am fed up of this PURIFIER, and willing to launch a complaint against the company in the consumer court for unfulfilled promise and low grade service and causing mental disharmony!!
