I had the most paining experiences while travelling with Dot Cabs. The cabs are in very bad condition with problems of over heating, AC not working, and many more. The attitude of drivers is a big problem, the call center guys keep running the same script "In another 5 mins". Overall extremely BAD and WORST service. I would not recommend this cab to any one. Kindly go for other cabs, but not this one.
