I have purchased Symphony Jumbo Jr. cooler and its pump has stopped working. I have logged a Complaint ref. no. ND-KS-3E14047 on dated: 03.05.2014 and received a return message to contact Mr. Pramod Kumar. Since then I am calling him, first of all it takes me make atleast 10 calls to make him pick the call and every time he picks up the call say that it will be done today. Today morning I have received a message saying that “DEAR CUSTOMER, OUR SERVICE ENG. VISITED BUT WAS INFORMED THAT AIR COOLER IS SERVICED BY UNAUTHORISED SERVICE PERSON. WE HAVE CLOSED YOUR COMPLAINT” which is 100% fake no one from your end ever contacted me or visited my place. And when I discussed this with Ms. Niharika, she said our technician called you up and you haven’t picked up the call so your complaint is closed. AGAIN A STORY THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO MISSED CALL IN MY MOBILE. I am tired calling and taking to Ms. Niharika and Mr. Pramod Kumar Ctc No. +91 9818 662 791. Please help me in this regard or stop selling your products with warranty alteast people will not get frustrated talking to your representatives and your name will be saved.
