hi, just now i have make a call to bsnl customer care number 9400024365 and i was posting my query and they were not responding to my query from last night i was trying and one of the guy asked me to cal in the morning and when i called back now they didn't respond me with answer and one of the lady asked me to wait for a second and quit the call ,when i was about to cal back third time they have cut my connection to speak to customer care i was shocked when they have cut my call, is this the way they behave with customers .I didn't see in any of the customers in this manner then immediately i have decided to change my connection from bsnl to someother connection which is good
