The worst salon ever . I went there for a facial and chose according to my need . They informed me they dont include eye massage in facial . Are they serious? Who does that . After choosing a facial + eye massage of 2000 bucks the therapist has the audacity to tell me that my skin needs a brightening mask as my skin quality is not so good. This was heights , I was stunned and said: You know my skin receives compliments everywhere , you are the only one who seems to tell me this . In any case , is it fair to discourage people on skin just coz you want to sell your stupid mask ? Overall in the discount sesion they refused to give it to me coz it was past 8 pm . Seriously ? Just coz I did not final on the bridal package they made a lame excuse of no discounts . They should know that people who can pay 2000 can also pay 200 buck extra . Who needs their stupid discount , they spread out a discount web to catch innocent people for higher package services and take is back when some in not trapped . Their facil was over in 20 minutes . Even a local parlour goes on till 45 minutes. MY worst decision ever to be in BTM 2nd stage salon . They squeeze out money , have rude staff and are extremely shrewd plus their services quality sucks. Horrible place. If you are getting married and want to spend well there are other options around , stay away from these theives.
