We have faced the same issue as described by Praveen. The first maid given was fully trained to make enough issues that you will send her back home with in a week's time. And then you keep on chasing them for the maid or refund; all you get it promises. Else, they very smartly will make you see maid who is completely not what you will need. I am taking this issue further with Consumer Forum and other authorities.
