I had a bad experience in RxDx. They seem to have a system which extracts maximum money from the patients. If you consult a General Practitioner (GP) the consultation fees are low and they don't charge again if you consult the same GP for follow-up/ review within a period of 7 days. Whereas if you consult a specialist like a cardiologist, they not only charge you higher consultation fee and also limit the validity of the no-charge-follow up period to 5 days only. Some specialists who are bent on extracting money refuse to see the patients without pay even if the review is after 6 days after first consultation. They purposely ask to you to come after a week so that they can charge you once again. It looks like the Institute and (some) doctors are out to maximize their revenue. It leaves a bad taste and does not go well with the patients.
