I applied for a broadband in sec 119 in the month of June '14 and in august, received reply from their office when visited in sec 62 office that connection cannot be given as leaselines are not there in sec 119 and so money will get refunded. I applied and given application of refund to Mr Kuldeep in Sec 62 office but despite repeated reminders, no reply, please reply as to whom should i connect.
