I had a horrible experience with this dealer, I recently (19-12-2014) bought a Activa-I. We have paid the full amount and were waiting for the delivery of the vehicle. We got a call to come and pick it up at 6 pm, we reached the Planet honda at 6 and had to wait till 7.20 and the staff were not responding properly and tried to charge us a extra 400 bucks, stating that we dint give address proof, when I had already given them my Voter Id and 10th marks card xerox. Finally it was around 7.40 and they were in a hurry to close the shop and dint even fix the mat or clean the vehicle(Ya the vehicle was covered in dust), it did not even look like a new vehicle.They shoved the vehicle outside and closed the shop, when I started the vehicle I noticed that the Speedometer dint work, they forgot to give the vehicle cover for which we had already paid, no tool kit was inside and the petrol tank was tampered and broken. So the next day morning (20-12-2014) We went to tell them about it, no one responded properly and there was this guy called NATRAJ (" Supposed to be in-charge of the delivery") dint give a proper answer and asked us to leave the vehicle for fixing all the probs. PLEASE DON'T GO TO THIS DEALER EVER!!! PS: They gave this trashy free helmet, which not even a hobo would take it for free.
