Dear Concerns, I, Abhimanyu Majhi (consumer No.65417837- Shri Bhairava Bharat Gas Agency, Kamakshipalya) hereby bring to your notice that, I have booked my LPG refill cylinder on 09.01.2015 with reference 325186466. Despite many follow ups and requests to our dealer, till now I am unable to get my refill. Every time I call to the dealer one answer I get i.e " YOU WILL GET THE CYLINDER TOMORROW". As per the commitment the refill was supposed to deliver on 16.01.2015 Being a family man surviving wife, kid and mother, I am writing this complaint with pain because for the last few days we are not able to cook and forcibly depends on nearby restaurants which we could not do any more.
