Avoid them like plague, or you will repent later.
These people are frauds. They will steal components from your bike and replace with faulty ones. They told me that the brake oil tank of my bike was cracked and would be replaced for Rs. 1200. After taking the mechanic aside, and bribing him a bit, he agree to replace it for Rs. 400. Now the question is, where did he got the tank from? Obviously from somebody else's bike!
But, I wasn't spared either!
