Surya Prakash 9431486877 I have purchased a refrigerator on 21 May 2012 whose model no. RT28GCPNI /CTL and S/No. R1234P4BC00299D. After two years approx it started creating problems. It stop working and after sometime it is dead. After continuous contact with customer care and repairing,it finally stop working. I finally contact customer service they send me a cheque of Rs 9000 as there was technical issue but due to some reason I was unable to take benefit and the date of the cheque expired. Kindly reissue my cheque regarding my refrigerator.
