ADAMS ELECTRONICS IS TOTALLY A FRAUD COMPANY.
I have purchased a LG DVD player(DV 456) from Adams Electronics from the electronics fair held in Saymiji Sangha Club ground in Howrah.I want to exchange a CD player for the DVD player.The salesman in the fair told me that they will give Rs 500 off for the exchange.He also added that the cost of the player is Rs 3000 and I will have to pay Rs 2500 as exchange price.I gave my old CD player and Rs 2500 and got the DVD player.Next day I again went to the fair and find that in LG stall the same DVD player (DV456) is on sale for RS 2600.I told the salesman that last day you told me that the price of the DVD player is Rs 3000 and you sold it to me for RS 2500 as exchange price.Then he told me that the MRP of the DVD player is Rs 4490 and the fair price is RS 2600.When I ask that what is the use of exchange ? Then he said that you can take your old CD player back.
So its my request to all of you please stop purchasing electronics goods from ADAMS ELECTRONICS BECAUSE THEY ARE TOTALLY A FRAUD COMPANY.
