We live in Rajkot (225KM from Ahemdabad" ....purchased our chair from your Ahmedabad store ....on May 1st 2010
1) initial experience was excellent ...good service and good follow up
2) Chair was not in stock ..so was back ordered for potential delivery to shop by May 15th ..paid a deposit of Rp 4000
a) Buyers Order No. 2001025381 ..... Invoice No/ Supplier's Ref No. 141418215 .... Delivery Note .... 3004036271
3) We got calls within few days that the chair was ready for pick up
4) we picked up the chair on May 10th. ... was told no need to check since it was in original package and all hardware was intact
5) We had the chair shipped to Rajkot and we went on our CHAR DHAM tour and returned to Rajkot on May 28th.
6) Upon return we opened the package and found the installation hardware was incomplete ..so called Home town Ahmedabad on Friday May 28th... ...was connected to service and talked with Mr. Manish ... he took down the details and stated that completed hardware kit will be shipped via courrier and should in Rajkot in 2 days.
7) Come Tuesday June 1st no hardware was received so called Manishbhai (service) and was stated they just received it from Mumbai and hence the hardware will be shipped today Tuesday (June 1st) and I should have it by Thrusday (June 3rd)
8) Come Thursday (June 3rd) no hardware so called service and nobody answered the mobile ...so called the Home town, Ahmedabad and talked to Store Manager...he took the info and called me back and stated they just received the hardware and they will ship today ..Thursday(June 3rd) and I should have it by Saturday (June 5th) morning ... It is almost noon and have not received the hardware
9) the chair as it is ...is useless to me ...takes up the space ....and takes up space and spoils the room environment.
Bottom line:
Have your people pick up the chair from RAJKOT and just refund my money rupees 14990. Very poor and unprofessional service ...
Or
have your people come and fix the chair by Monday June 7th ....
