Very Poor Customer Service. I bought a cupboard from their furniture section, was promised one and delivered another one. The guy who had come home to fix the cupboard when delivering it did a bad job and left.As well the hanger was missing. For nearly three weeks I call the Manager of the showroom to fix the issue and and get the hanger but he gives me a reason every day but doesnot send anyone. Nor is the hanger there. The shop with the worst customer service in Coimbatore. I would never step into this shop again.
My friend got a hydraulic Cot with queen size bed and a shoe rack for this Diwali - 05-11-2010. Same problem with the people of furniture department. The problem is with the cot and we call steel house, same response where the In charge Guy says he would send a person but no one turns up. So as of now, we are advising people in our office not to go there for any sale or discounted sale.
