I am Babloo Kumar Student of DICS Campus Punjabi Bagh Session Feb 2008 to Jan 2009 Roll No is 3977 Timing is 4 to 6 pm.. I didn't get our DICS certificate till now. I had submit our clearance 4 months ago. But till now i didn't get our certificate. Whenever i call to the study center mam (Ginni Mam, Rajni Mam...) makes different types of excuse.
