I wonder how people still opt for yatra even see all these comments. I did mistake by not seeing these prior to booking

Never put yatra contact number. They are frauds. I haven't received my refund from past 5 months

This is a junk company i have ever seen, it deducts the amount and says
that ticket is not being booked, is it a flight ticket or train ticket ??
and the bloody custome service agent keeps on hold for 30 mins ?? and even after
that doesnt have any answers, promises to callback but doesnt,
is this a travel agent ??
