Please don't do any kind of business with Carmel Air Travels (Vincent & Monica), This agency is worst and had very worst experience - Had booked couple of return air tickets from Bangalore to London but when I called airlines to do online check in they told the given ticket number is invalid and rest you can probably imagine...
When asked this agency for refund they stopped replying to my emails and calls, today is almost 5 months but no refund yet, I am trying all possible ways to get my refund but wanted to aware you guys, so that you don't go through this s***!

And these ppl are not even registered travel agency...
Well, all I can say that, it was a horrible experience with caramel, who wont book the proper rooms for which u have paid, booking will be made in the name of agent not yours. MD Vincent and Monica are the point of contact, who will never respond or available after payment is made, receipt will be just a sheet of paper with no seal of the company. So on behalf of me and my friends we strongly recommend u to not to go with these cheats.
