Before i enrolled with Sandhya, i had taken up yoga classes elsewhere. But the kind of yoga
i learnt here was simply unmatched. This can only be attained if the yoga teacher is capable
of doing so. And 15 years of yoga experience which Sandhya has, simply shows in her skillset as
a patient yoga teacher.Her every yoga sitting simply surpasses the previous one.She emphasises
on both physical as well as mental aspect, which is what yoga is all about.
yoga is working working wonders for me. i have been taking yoga classes for about a month now and i am already experiencing its positive effects. i feel more energized and it has helped me built a greater level of stamina and activity. Sandhya ma'am assigns personalized variations in each basic program for each individual which helps one focus on one's needs. Om chanting at end of each session is truely an apt end to an exercise session. her timely modification in regimen breaks the monotony and cheers me up to start each session with renewed enthusiasm.
I have been taking yoga classes for over a month now. When I started out I was 81kg, had border line hight BP and stiffness in my neck. Now a month later I am 78kg, BP is under control, stiffness has gone and overall I feel pretty good. Sandhya is a good teacher and she patiently takes you through the steps and keeps it at a pace that you are comfortable with.
