This is Jagadeesha DK, writing this mail fro san Diego, California. My brother DK Jayadev who met an accident on March 10th 1988 between his moped and a private bus and he passed away on March 16th. Your office took this case for assisting financial settlement for my brother dependents Baghyamma, brother's wife and my mother Mayamma . I understood the case was closed and there was financial support only for Bhagyamma and not for my mother. We did not receive any notice/legal documents for this case from your office. I need legal documents shows financial settlement date and Bhagymma is the only beneficiary and not my mother.
