Mrs Pai is very comfortable to learn from. She is very welcoming and gives you a warm feeling while learning and trying delicious recipes of her's. I felt very comfortable asking her questions. She is a very patient teacher and keeps her class open for comments as well as full of fun & excitment. My husband; a lover of indo chinese and chicken dishes loved each and every one of the recipes she taught me in the class. The dishes are yummy and healthy at the same time, because she also will teach or give you an idea of how much fat / oil to use in your cooking.
