The worst service u will ever f ind in any store..............everybody is worried for sales and nobody is cared abt the satisfaction of customer after sales.....may be its the incentive they will be getting after a sale of a cell phone....bloody hell its my personal experience,wen i went to purchase the cell phone was treated as a lord and few days later wen i went for service dat to b within the warranty period nobody is worried.......anyhow i managed to give my handset for repairing and i was given a time period of 2 days.an assurance which never fulfilled by the staffs over there.they took my no and said me dat they will b giving me a call after 2 days...........and could u believe i gave my handset on 7th of jan and i got my handset back on 2nd of feb 2011...close to a month.....neither i got a call from them nor any information abt my handset after repeated visiting to the store.......and listen an employee over there z asking me dat wen i gave my cell ph.is it 7th of jan 2010 or 7th of jan 2011.....jus imagine the sence of humour...actually he was making fun of me..........i have visited the shop atleast 7 times and called atleast 15 times ,den only i get backk my handset.....its a humble request from me to all people,not to visit "the mobile store"for any purcase.bcoz it z worst place for ur purcase.......and remember dont even keep dat as ur last option.............
