I am writing this review because I saw the reviews of other people and went and then I had a bad experience and my kid suffered. So I just want the parents to think twice before going to Dr. Priya in dental studio clinic in Kormangala.
I had gone to her with my three and a half year old kid as my kid was having tooth pain. She told problem is there with three tooth and she filled them without using the drilling machine saying its all minor fillings and as my kid was afraid seeing the drilling machine. Then next day swelling was there for the upper teeth she filled and when we called up her she told it should be fine and then it came down by itself.
But after a week again there was swelling and my kid was complaining of tooth pain. Then again we took her to Dr. Priya and she told the tooth is infected and puss and all is there and she needs to clean it. She told this shamelessly without agreeing that it was her fault of not cleaning and filling the tooth properly. She took two and a half hours of cleaning for that tooth and my kid was suffering like anything. Also she told that she think that we should got for Root Canal treatment. For that she changed 1150rs. We did not go to her after that.
The point here is I agree that she is very good with kids but I donâÂÂt think she is experienced enough to handle complicated cases. If she was experienced enough then she should have taken x-ray at the beginning only or should have asked us to hold the kid to use drilling machine. When we called our family doctor in native even he told the same. So please think twice before going to her.
