Mrs. Poornima Pai first of all is a wonderful lady. She is a great cook and her classes are definitely worth it. I learned easy ways to cook Indian dishes like Butter Chicken and Chicken Biryani that I always thought were really difficult to make. Her recipes are really yummy! My husband loves all the food I can cook now thanks to Mrs. pai's class
