The so called AYAS in maternity ward are so rude and behave so arrogant.Irespective of age, the way they insult senior citizens are bad. Their is no dais to bring this issue up. Pained was when i heard they pinch the pregent ladies in thighs and abuse during child birth. The staff nurses (tenured) ones are the egoist one. you cannot get to speak infront of them.They need to lesson on customer/patient friendly relationship. One would only understand when they experience that..!! strange and sad.. but true..syed
