Finesse beauty salon is a thief, especially the metropolitan and mega mall branches. One one occasion, they actually charged Rs 800 more for a facial, and when we asked for a bill, they said they did not know the code, and hence printed hair color twice, and struck that and wrote by hand 'facial'.
Besides the service is also not that great, they over price themselves for no reason, just because they are located in malls.
ONE SHOULD NOT GO TO ANY FINESSE, JUST NOT WORTH THE MONEY.
