Having booked this place months in advance for my bridal makeup seemed like a good choice; having found this place through the internet. But alas!it seemed like the biggest mistake ever!!! The place looked unclean and shabby...i reached the salon well in advance(4hrs earlier) and i was all set to get decked up for my wedding.Having paid an advance of rs 4000 (total of rs 8000), i expected some fancy service.i was deeply mistaken...they started off by giving me a hair wash and then made me sit down for my make up!The woman working on my face seemed very inexperienced, she took so time to decide on just the foundation, and even after that picked up the wrong, a much darker shade!luckily i had carried the foundation precise for my skin...but that is not where it ends..that is where it all began!!!The techinques were all wrong, on a maroon wedding dress i was applied a pink eye shadow making me look like a clown!then came a second helping hand and then the incharge hema singh came into the picture and started working on my face!!!there were three people working on my face at the time without any correlation!the make up was a disaster, and having taken almost 2 hours to do just the basic makeup it was a torturous experience!everything was shabby.the hair styling was PATHETIC!they just managed to make a simple bun out of my hair with no beads or fancy clips!having curly hair made the hair look extremely messy.the hair spray was sprayed so close to the eyes that my make up started wearing off!i was able to hide the BAD BAD hair do under the dupatta of the wedding ghahghra but it definitely looked SHABBY!And for such a shabby shabby job they took some 4 hours and i had no time to fix anything on my own as i was already very late to reach the venue!the staff is hopeless and they dont even pay any heed to your suggestions.they dont even have a proper collection of bindis which is such an important aspect of a hindu wedding!like really what in the world do they charge 8k for???????unprofessional attitude, terrible service, enough to ruin the most important day of your life.it would be easier to get dressed up for ur wedding/engagement than to go to these jokers!they dont understand the basic concept of makeup, they dont understand what an egyptian eye make up is, they will not bead your hair or even get the make up shades right!No sense of anything really...this happened to be the biggest mistake of my life...and by far the worst salon experience ever!!!(unfortunately on my wedding day)..overall SHABBY n DISASTROUS WORK, UNPROFESSIONAL n UNTRAINED STAFF n that GROUCHY LADY HEMA SINGH who really knows nothing about make up or any other thing!!!
