There are some rules to be followed, even i purchased a pair frm hollywood i went for an exchange in the time mentioned in the bill, same are the exchenge timings are in metro.
U know the problem with u people is u dont read enough before u rush for exchange. Its not your baap ke dukaan to exchange when ever u want LOL:) :):)
