i have also bought 2 plots at pragati valley in 2006 in their 1st phase.there has not been any update from either ashley or from his office.my land was never registered and from last 2 years i have been told that registration date is going to come soon.i tried searching a lot on website about any sort of details but could find any till today when i read ur review on a website i got to know that its a case of forgery and to the least we shall procure our money back..though i wud still like to fight for land and acquire atleast one if not both the plots.i m reachable at 9820688112 in mumbai.lets all us buyers get together and launch a movement against these cheaters.i stay in andheri east and very close to marol.so i think i m nearest to ashley.lets all figure out a plan to grab his neck.
