The service is pathetic. We had reserved an Ambassador AC to go out f station. On the day of journey, they called up at 7:30 AM to tell that Ambassador is not available, would an Innova be OK? They informed that I would have to shell out 150 INR extra. We agreed. Reporting time was 9. The agency again called up at 8:30 to inform that the Innova is coming from a long trip and it would report to us only at 9:15. It finally came at 9:30 AM. We had asked for a driver who had rested since it would have been a long drive. We came to know that the driver is not rested. The car wasn't clean either. Rash driving once we started. The driver kept talking on the cell phone continuously. We came very close to an accident more than once. Chennai call taxi used to be good. Their service really sucks and has gone down the drain. I called up and registered a complaint. I wanted to speak to the manager but he was not available. I called back the next day without any reply. These people are only after money and care least about service. Best to avoid such companies who take people's time and money for a ride.
