Have been using Beam internet at work for the past year or so. Not a lot of problems. The usual as with any. Also have a backup airtel line at office, and the beam one is much better. Wanted to take internet for home. Checked out their website. And they have absolutely revamped. They are called BEAM FIBER now. Brilliant packages they have.I took the 786kbps unlimited one. Their technician came home the same day I had called. They also have a vacation disconnect, which means no more billing when I am out on vacation. :D (http://beamtele.com/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=147&;Itemid=88) Also, eager to try the speed on demand. I was told that I can get my internet to run at the speed I wanted, for a short amount of time, and the extra charge would be billed as per my usage! This is really a boon. I can now finish downloading my movies faster! :D Bottom line, really impressed by Beam. The technician says that they are investing huge in the city as they are a local ISP. Kudos to them. Hiopefully my internet will remain hasslefree.
